At Farmers Co-op Oil Company, we are dedicated to serving our communities with quality products, exceptional service, and a strong commitment to our valued customers. As a cooperative, we have been an integral part of rural southwestern MN since 1927, delivering essential products and services that meet the diverse needs of our customers.
We take pride in upholding the traditions of old fashioned service from days gone by. Our dedicated team is committed to offering friendly, convenient, and helpful service, always accompanied by a smile. Efficiency and proficiency are at the core of our operations, as we conduct our business with honesty, sincerity, and integrity.
Our logo embodies the essence of our company, representing the wide range of products and services we offer. The blue flame symbolizes our propane offerings, while the red flame represents our gasoline and diesel fuels. The presence of an old gas pump in the center serves as a nostalgic symbol, reminding us of our commitment to delivering “Old Fashioned Service.” The black in our logo signifies the strong bond we share with the communities we proudly serve.
Over the years, we have experienced significant growth to better serve our communities. Today, we operate two bulk plants in Renville and Olivia, along with an LP Plant, Bulk Oil, and Bulk DEF. In addition, we own and operate six convenience stores (C-stores) and one stand-alone fuel dispensary, ensuring convenient access to our comprehensive range of products and services.
We strongly believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us throughout the years. As a part of our commitment, we offer a $250.00 scholarship each year for high school students, encouraging and supporting their educational pursuits. Additionally, we organize an annual Customer Appreciation Day, where we gather with our customers to share joy and gratitude. During this event, we serve hot dogs, brats, chips, and refreshing beverages while collecting donations for a selected charity. To magnify the impact of the community’s contributions, Farmers Co-op Oil Company matches total donations up to $1,000.00. Further, we actively contribute to initiatives that benefit the children of our community, including donations to school funds, 4H programs, and various community projects.
At Farmers Co-op Oil Company, we are honored to serve our communities and strive to exceed your expectations every day. Our rich history, strong values, and dedication to outstanding service set us apart. We look forward to continuing our journey of growth while positively impacting the lives of those we serve.
